As part of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation's ongoing commitment to be an ethically, socially and ecologically responsible company, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation will follow the enhanced "PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals", which will take effect in January 2009.
