Sheri Shafir, Associate Director, Supplier Diversity, NPC was selected as a 2011 Women in Power Impacting Diversity by DiversityPlus Magazine.
NPC has made its 4th appearance on Vetrepreneur magazine's April 2011 list of "10 Best Corporations for Veteran-Owned Businesses" in recognition of NPC's support of veteran-owned businesses. NPC is a 2 star corporate member of The National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA)-- the association that publishes Vetrepreneur magazine.
NPC was named the 2010 Corporation of the Year at the 3rd annual Diversity Alliance for Science (DA4S) Conference held May 18-19th, 2010 in Newark, NJ.
NPC's supplier diversity efforts have been recognized by others in the industry. In 2010, Novartis made its 3rd appearance on Vetrepreneur's list of "10 Best Corporations for Veteran-Owned Businesses" in recognition of our dedication and concern for veterans in business.

Novartis has also won the prestigious "NY & NJ National Minority Supplier Development Council (NY & NJ MSDC) 2007 Regional Corporation of the Year" Award. In addition, Novartis was also named Outstanding Corporate Supplier Diversity Award for 2007 by the National Minority Business Council (NMBC) and the Corporate Sponsor of the Year 2008 presented by the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO).
